The name of this wine is pronounced with a strong “i”, like in sheep, and with the letters “ov” being pronounced like the “u” in but. A warrior vine variety, with the quiet resilient strength of a desert camel, it produces a dry wine and survives up on the Carso plateau. It’s not afraid of the cold, the Bora (legendary Triestine strong wind prevailing from the North East) and the countless hydraulic stresses deriving from rugged Earth which voraciously devours water.
Each apartment covers a total space of 45m2 and can host up to 3 people. The accommodation has an elevator. Each apartment has:
- Living space with kitchen, furnished with fridge, microwave oven, induction hob plate and essential cooking and dining accessories (plates, glasses, pans… all for 3 people)
